Knoxville paper seeks bloggers on paper's coverage of its own lawsuit

Editor Jack McElroy is looking for bloggers to monitor the News-Sentinel's coverage of its litigation against the Knox County Commission, KNS blogger Michael Silence says. The newspaper has accused commissioners of violating the state Sunshine law by having private meetings.

LeQuire and Hieronymus papers to be available at Vanderbilt

The Special Collections division of Vanderbilt's Heard Library is getting the arts-related papers of longtime Tennessean theater critic Clara Hieronymus, according to a note JP got in the mail recently from the library. The papers will pair with those already donated to the library by Banner arts critic (and artist, and Vanderbilt alum) Louise LeQuire.
